Responsibility
Lisa is Regional Vice President for Providence Real Estate where she oversees all aspects of property operations, daily management and asset management functions for the multifamily portfolio. Lisa was instrumental in establishing market presence from purchase to disposition in multiple states throughout the Midwest, Houston, Charlotte, Atlanta, Orlando and Tampa. She also works closely with the construction group in determining and prioritizing asset renovation as well as repositioning.

Background
A multifamily professional since 1996, her tenure includes managing a Midwest portfolio from acquisition to disposition, Director of Operations, implementation of innovative management techniques to recruiting, training and leading highly functioning teams.
Prior to joining Providence, her work history includes:
Marketing Manager for a regional Training and Development Company, specializing in Total Quality Management. Multi-site management for national retail firms in Colorado, Utah and New Mexico.
Lisa graduated from Patricia Stevens Business College with emphasis on Retail Management, Interior Design, and Advertising. She is also a candidate for the certified property manager designation from IREM with all coursework completed.
