David Connolly
Chief Operating Officer
Responsibility
As Chief Operating Officer, David Connolly is responsible for the execution of acquisition and disposition strategy, asset management across the portfolio, investor relations and communication, and general corporate operations. David also sits on the Providence Real Estate executive management committee responsible for deal approval and strategic planning.
Background
With over 20 years in multifamily real estate, David provides broad experience in investment, finance, restructuring, strategic planning, capital relationships and business operations. In addition to his tenure at Providence, David has held positions at Reilly Mortgage Group, Equity Residential, and the National Equity Fund. David has been involved in over $2.5 billion of multifamily real estate transactions on both the equity and debt sides.
David holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin and a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
