As Director of Cash Management, Anna Beth is responsible for cash movement and bank reconciliations. Anna Beth also supports Asset Management in the draw and distribution processes and reviews the corporate and Joint Venture overhead financials.
Background
Anna Beth joined Providence in February 2017 as a property accountant. After six years she joined the team as Director of Cash Management. Prior to joining Providence, Anna Beth worked as a financial consultant supporting six clients and continues to manage her own portfolio of real estate investments.
Anna Beth graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1996 and earned her CPA license in 1997.
