Kelly has experience in the accounting/cash management industry since 1998, while starting in 2003 in a manager or similar positions at various real estate companies. Prior to joining Providence, she most recently served as Senior Accounts Payable analyst at Surgical Care Affiliates for two years before deciding it was time to return to the real estate business at Providence. Prior to that she was the Director of Cash Management with Colonial Properties Trust (NYSE:CLP) where her team supported the company’s multifamily, commercial, development and construction, treasury, asset management and acquisition/due diligence departments. She also assisted in the transition of the $8.6 Billion total market cap merger with Mid-America Apartment Communities (NYSE:MAA).
